    Article 1
    The most important rule about news is to report facts accurately and faithfully.

    Journalist should never let their personal opinions interfere when they are
    reporting facts.

    forget the danger that it may be used for propaganda and should be particularly

    In making criticism, journalist should restrict themselves to comments that they
