Article 5 of the working practice
A member shall not exploit the labor of another journalist by plagiarism or the
unauthorizeduse of his/her work for any purpose.
Article 12 of the working practice
A member shall treat other journalist with consideration.
Article 5 of the code of conduct
A journalist shall obtain information, photographs, and illustrations only by
straightforward means. The use of other means can be justified only by overriding
consideration of the public interest. The journalistis entitled to exercise a personal
conscientious objection to the use of such means.
Article 6 of the Code of Conduct
Subject to the justification by overriding consideration of the public
interest, a journalist shall do nothing which entails intrusion into private grief and
distress.
